PERMIT & LANE RENTAL SCHEMES
Our team has unrivalled experience in the implementation, operation and evaluation of permit and lane rental schemes.
We were instrumental in the development of permit schemes; working with Kent County Council to design and implement the first scheme approved by the Transport Minister. Since then we have implemented ten permit schemes and continue to support Councils to evaluate and improve their permit scheme performance.
In 2013 we worked with Kent County Council to design and implement a pilot lane rental scheme, operating model and operational guidance.
