Joseph Quinn - NLP Trainer and Coach

Joseph is an exceptional communicator, which is clearly evident in his Training and Coaching.  He is driven by his passion for developing others and his natural authenticity creates a perfect environment for securing new skills and discovering true potential. 

Prior to moving to New Zealand, Joseph was a Police Officer in one of the busiest towns in England.  After eight invaluable years within the front line of policing he became a qualified Home Office Police Trainer and was the first to bring the enhanced skills of NLP into the Police curriculum for his county.

Joseph was responsible for the individual performance of hundreds of officers.  He designed new and innovative training programmes to fit with the ‘modern’ style of policing today’s society.  He assessed officer performance from all ranks and service and through individual coaching, written appraisals and experiential learning, facilitated a greater link between officers and the communities they policed.

Joseph has also trained for three years to become a Catholic Priest in Dublin, working closely with people from all areas of society.  His passion for exploring has lead him around the world and he has seen many sides to life and uses his experience to great effect in his work now as a Trainer and Coach.

Amanda exudes passion and demonstrates drive and energy in everything she does. She knows the meaning of having a championship mentality and works with individuals as well as groups of people, encouraging, motivating and imparting strategies for success which allow them to achieve their goals. Amanda is not only a very talented professional; she is also a model for success.

Amanda is from the UK, and lives six months in New Zealand and six months in Portugal. She has worked in the corporate world for 14 years, working with the Estee Lauder group,  starting her career on the counter and working her way up to the Training Manager for the North Of England Scotland and Ireland for Estee Lauder and then promoted to the Director of Education, Europe, MIddle East and Africa for Clinique.

Amanda has a strong coaching and training background and after leaving Clinique started her coaching company ‘Your life LIVE IT’ in the UK and Portugal and more recently New Zealand. Amanda's mission is to encourage and assist people to make the changes necessary to live their lives to the full, hence "Your Life Live IT."

She values the powerful methodologies of NLP and tools for fast and permanent positive change in people and believes that whilst NLP is the key to permanent change, the clients do hold the untapped magic inside.

Colin Wilson – Specialist Diversity Trainer

Colin has a unique blend of inter/intrapersonal and motivational skills that make him very adaptable in working with and coaching people of a variety of ages and backgrounds.  This is clearly evident in his experiences of teaching/coaching children, training and managing staff in the Leisure Industry and communicating with disabled athletes, adults, children and agencies.  With a passion for personal development and achievement, his natural abilities and approachability lend him perfectly to the coaching and training of adults and children in these and other areas.

Prior to becoming involved with diversity training, Colin worked as a Leisure Facilities Manager for local government agencies in England.  Responsible for designing and delivering staff training programmes, he developed the communication, organisation and customer service skills of all of the leisure facilities staff under his management.  After five successful years in this role, he moved onto another form of educating.

Qualifying as a Primary School Teacher, Colin has implemented training schemes in mediation and communication for children as well as delivering diversity training to children and staff.  Over the past three years in this role, he has been instrumental in setting up sports coaching and training schemes for children as well as innovative behaviour management strategies that have transformed the school environment.

Colin has also worked on a voluntary basis for the past five years as an Events Organiser for Disability Sport Events, sharing his vast experience and skills in communicating with events staff and disabled athletes.
